Modified Mod Twin
This version of the Mod Twin is very similar to the original with the tail design being the only major change. The chopped off straight V shape was largely inspired by Daniel Thomsons turbo charged twin fins. The idea was to reduce the tails surface area and give the water a more defined release point. So far the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. The board is super fast down the line and pushes back every ounce of power you put into it. It has the same large template birch ply fins which are a bit thicker than usual and tinted emerald for some added visual candy. The rocker is flat and the foil is more tapered in the nose and tail. The board is finished in balsa and poplar with a tail block made from some old growth redwood brought to me from Mendocino.
